作为县级党委督查机构,要做好督查工作,既要强化督查手段,又要结合实际优化督查方法,使督查工作步入经常化、规范化、科学化轨道。具体来说,要做好四个结合。一是督查评估与被督查对象的目标管理考核相结合,使督查工作有的放矢,收到实效。
