目的 :检测成人急性白血病细胞中NG2的表达 ,了解其与临床表现、免疫表型及疗效的关系。方法 :用流式细胞仪 间接免疫荧光标记法检测 6 2例成人急性髓细胞白血病 (adultacutemyeloidleukemia ,AML)和 2 4例急性淋巴细胞白血病 (acutelymphoblasticleukemia,ALL)患者骨髓细胞膜表面人类小鼠硫酸透明质酸糖蛋白NG2同源物的表达。结果 :在 19.35 %的AML和 4.17%的ALL中此抗原表达阳性。阳性者与对照在临床特征和血象方面无差异。但在AML中与FAB分型有一定的相关性 ,以M0 、M1为多。NG2阳性者更易表达CD9和CD13,而CD14、CD15的阳性率较低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD34、CD38等干 /祖细胞标志的表达率也较高 (P =0 .1)。NG2阳性患者的缓解率较低 (P =0 .0 8)。结论 :NG2多表达于早期的造血干 /祖细胞 ,与预后似乎有一定的关系
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of NG2 in adult acute leukemia cells and to investigate its relationship with clinical manifestations, immunophenotypes and therapeutic effects. Methods: Flow cytometric indirect immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the levels of hyaluronic acid in human bone marrow of 62 patients with adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and 24 with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) Expression of Glycoprotein NG2 Homologues. Results: The antigen was positive in 19.35% of AML and 4.17% of ALL. Positive and control no difference in clinical features and blood. However, in AML and FAB typing a certain correlation, with M0, M1 and more. NG2 positive cells were more likely to express CD9 and CD13, CD14, CD15 positive rate was lower (P <0. 05), CD34, CD38 and other markers of stem / progenitor cells were also higher expression rate (P = 0.1). The remission rate of NG2-positive patients was lower (P = 0.08). CONCLUSIONS: NG2 is overexpressed in early hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells and appears to correlate with prognosis
