目的:探讨孕18周胎儿膀胱是否有ICC样细胞的分布,为人膀胱ICC样细胞发育研究提供依据。方法:制备孕18周胎儿膀胱组织冰冻切片,通过c-kit多克隆抗体和平滑肌肌动蛋白单克隆抗体免疫荧光双标,激光共聚焦显微镜观察检测胎儿膀胱组织内ICC样细胞分布情况。结果:孕18周胎儿膀胱组织发现具有纺锤形的细胞体、椭圆形细胞核和突触等典型特征的ICC样细胞分布,位于平滑肌肌束边缘和肌束间,散在分布,未连接成网络。结论:首次报道人膀胱ICC样细胞在孕18周胎儿时已经发育。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution of ICC-like cells in fetal bladder at 18 weeks gestation, and to provide basis for the study of ICC-like cell development in human bladder. Methods: Frozen section of fetal bladder tissue was prepared at 18 weeks gestation. The c-kit polyclonal antibody and smooth muscle actin monoclonal antibody immunofluorescence double labeling were used to detect the distribution of ICC-like cells in fetal bladder tissue by laser confocal microscopy. Results: ICC-like cells with spindle-shaped cell bodies, oval nuclei and synapses were found in fetal bladder tissue at 18 weeks of gestation. The distribution of ICC-like cells was located between the edge of muscle bundles and muscle bundles of smooth muscle. CONCLUSIONS: Human bladder ICC-like cells were first reported to develop at 18 weeks of gestation.
