采用熔融法制备了三类改性催化剂FeCuVKMn ,FeCuVKCe和FeCuVKCo,可用于有效地合成低级酮和低碳醇 .在一定的温度范围内 ,CO转化率、C2 + OH选择性及酮和醇的收率随反应温度的升高而升高 ;FeCuVKCo表现出比其他催化剂更宽的活性温度区间 ;适量加入助剂可使Fe Cu催化剂的催化性能显著改善 .催化剂活性及选择性的高低顺序是FeCuVKMn >FeCuVKCo >FeCuVKCe>FeCuVK ;最高活性温度的高低顺序是FeCuVK =FeCuVKCe>FeCuVKMn >FeCuVKCo.
Three kinds of modified catalysts, FeCuVKMn, FeCuVKCe and FeCuVKCo, were prepared by the melting method, which can be used for the synthesis of lower ketones and lower alcohols. In a certain temperature range, CO conversion, C2 + OH selectivity, FeCuVKCo showed a wider range of active temperature than other catalysts.Adding an appropriate amount of FeCuVKCo could significantly improve the catalytic performance of the Fe-Cu catalyst.The order of catalytic activity and selectivity was FeCuVKMn> FeCuVKCo> FeCuVKCe> FeCuVK. The order of the highest activity temperature is FeCuVK = FeCuVKCe> FeCuVKMn> FeCuVKCo.
