介绍了天津地区高速公路首次采用双层废旧轮胎橡胶粉改性沥青混凝土路面铺装结构的使用情况。进行了橡胶沥青混合料ARC-20和ARC-13的配合比设计,并检验了混合料的性能,其车辙动稳定度分别达到了4997次/mm和4687次/mm,冻融劈裂残留强度比达到85%以上,面层ARC-13的-10℃低温弯曲应变达到了4263με,表现出良好的高温稳定性、低温变形能力和抗水损害性能。开展了试验路的试铺,对碾压工艺进行了调整和设计,路面压实度均能达到98%以上,合格率为99%,总结出一套切实可行的橡胶沥青混凝土路面施工工艺。
This paper introduces the use of double layer waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt concrete pavement structure for the first time in Tianjin expressway. The mix design of rubber asphalt mixture ARC-20 and ARC-13 was carried out and the performance of the mixture was tested. The dynamic stability of the rutting reached 4997 times / mm and 4687 times / mm respectively. The residual strength of freeze-thaw splitting When the ratio of ARC-13 to ARC-13 is above 85%, the bending strain at -10 ℃ of the surface layer reaches 4263με, showing good high temperature stability, low temperature deformation ability and water damage resistance. The pilot road test shop was carried out. The rolling technology was adjusted and designed. The compaction degree of the road surface can reach above 98% and the pass rate is 99%. A set of practicable rubber asphalt concrete pavement construction technology is concluded.
