枇杷采后进行不同冷藏方式及包装方式贮藏试验,结果表明,在库温5℃±1℃,相对湿度90%~95%,O_2含量10%~12%,CO_2含量4%~6%的贮藏条件下,枇杷可贮藏50 d以上,贮藏50 d后,枇杷果实外观丰润饱满,色泽光亮,易剥皮,果肉柔软多汁,固形物8.396维生素C为3.69mg/100g,好果率96%,失重率为3.44%。气调冷藏贮藏包装方式以纸分层包装、纸箱打孔为最佳。
