我厂承接了中国科技大学用于研究塑料变形的测量杆试制任务。该杆是一种细而长的工件。其长径比为800/14.5≈55,形位公差及粗糙度的要求均较高。材料采用LY12铝合金,其机械加工工艺性较差。我们对此铝合金件的机加工没有经验,而对这种细长且要求高的产品更无把握。为更好地完成该任务,我们制定了两种方案:(1)用成都工具研究所试制的整体金刚石车刀车削;(2)粗车、热处理后再磨削。后来由于成都工具研究所在近期内整体金刚石车刀无货供应,第一方案无法实现,因此只进行了第二方案的试验。现将磨削试验情况简介于下。一、试验条件 1.工件测量塑料变形用的硬铝测量杆,技术要求如下
I plant to undertake the China University of Science and Technology for the study of plastic deformation measurement rod trial task. The rod is a thin and long work piece. The aspect ratio of 800 / 14.5 ≈ 55, the shape of tolerance and roughness requirements are higher. Material LY12 aluminum alloy, its mechanical processing technology is poor. We have no experience with this machining of aluminum alloy parts and are less certain about such slender and demanding products. In order to accomplish this task better, we have developed two options: (1) a prototype diamond turning trial manufactured by Chengdu Tool Research Institute; and (2) a roughing car, which is ground after heat treatment. Later, due to the Chengdu Institute of Tooling in the near future the overall diamond turning tool off the stock, the first program can not be achieved, so only the second test program.
