对于下颌骨颏部骨折临床上一般多倾向于使用金属坚固内固定技术。由于微型钢板螺丝坚固内固定术具有损伤小、固位牢固、结构稳定等优点,但同时也有局部骨质疏松、金属材料腐蚀、长期使用后导致螺丝松动、周围软组织慢性刺激等弊端。我科采用镍钛形状记忆合金加压骑缝钉于下颌骨颏部骨折的手术治疗,体会到该方法弥补了坚固内固定技术在临床应用中的不足,利用自身具有形状记忆恢复、持续加压的特点,促进骨折断端良好的Ⅰ期愈合,取得了满意的疗效。 1 临床资料 本组5例下颌骨颏部骨折病例均为男性,平均年龄32岁,(25~39岁),均为由车祸或外伤所致的开放性颏部骨折伴软组织挫裂伤,治疗采用形状记忆合金内固定术十颌间结扎的手术方式,随访从3年至2月,详见附表。
