我厂有些难加工材料的通孔通常采用带刃倾角的铰刀进行精加工。采用这种铰刀比采用一般无刃倾角的铰刀加工孔时,在相同的条件下粗糙度可降低一级,切削也较轻松些。这种铰刀制造较方便,即先磨出后刀面,再沿外圆划出切削锥界线,就可磨出刃倾角。至于刀具锥角,则是自然形成的,不必单独加工。切削锥角φ与后角α和刃倾角λ的关系(见下图)不难导出。由于φ角是派生的,在图纸上不需注出。为了避免或减少砂轮磨损对所刃磨角精度的影
