目的 提高EEG间歇性闪光刺激诱发试验的临床诊断价值。方法 对 6 0例常规EEG(一 )的患者包括癫痫 2 0例、头痛 2 0例和神经精神障碍 2 0例进行了DigitalEEG检查 ,在枕部 0 1、0 z 和 0 2 处分别测量 10秒钟安静时和IPS 5Hz、10Hz以及 15Hz的α波绝对和相对功率。结果 所有患者的α功率在IPS 5Hz、15Hz时减退 ,IPS 10Hz时增高 ,其中癫痫患者表现最显著 ,而神经精神障碍患者最不明显。结论 Digi talEEG能够定量测定IPS的脑电功率谱变化 ,提高IPS的临床诊断价值。
Objective To improve the clinical diagnostic value of EEG intermittent flash stimulation-induced test. Methods Digital EEG was performed in 60 patients with routine EEG (1), including 20 cases of epilepsy, 20 cases of headache and 20 cases of neuropsychiatric disorders. DigitalEEG was performed on the occipital sections at 0, 0 z and 0 2 respectively for 10 seconds When the bell is quiet and IPS 5Hz, 10Hz and 15Hz α-wave absolute and relative power. Results The α power of all patients decreased at 5Hz and 15Hz of IPS and increased at 10Hz of IPS. Among them, the patients with epilepsy had the most significant performance, while the patients with neuropsychiatric disorders were the least obvious. Conclusion Digi talEEG can quantitatively determine the change of IPS power spectrum and improve the clinical value of IPS.
