嵌入式统中存储设备的性能是决定整体系统性能的核心环节之一,NAND FLASH具有容量大、速度快、成本低等很多优点,在各嵌入式系统中广泛应用,如何有效地对NAND FLASH进行坏块管理对NAND FLASH的应用尤为重要。分析了NAND FLASH上FFS的功能结构,对存储空间管理、坏块回收、损耗均衡等控制进行了描述,然后给出了与Win-dows文件系统完全兼容的FLASH文件系统,有效地对超大容量NAND坏区进行管理。
The performance of the storage system in embedded system is one of the key factors that determine the overall system performance. NAND FLASH has many advantages such as large capacity, high speed, low cost and so on. It is widely used in embedded systems and how to effectively implement NAND FLASH Bad block management is particularly important for NAND FLASH applications. This paper analyzes the functional structure of FFS on NAND FLASH, describes the control of storage space management, bad block recovery and loss equalization, and then gives the FLASH file system that is fully compatible with Win-dows file system, effectively super-capacity NAND Bad area management.
