Fisheries are produced for animals and plants living in the water and fisheries production and scientific experiments require direct underwater observation of the target. With the development of science and technology, a variety of new underwater observation techniques have been increasingly adopted. Submarine television can be seen immediately, to work at a lower light intensity underwater television system is the fundamental advantage. Tape video and playback devices make underwater television more important for underwater observational research.
