目的探讨应用查对制度在基层旅店业公共用品用具中的消毒效果。方法选取唐山市丰润区辖区内不同档次的旅店共计85家,在实施查对制度前后对茶具、毛巾、床上用品、拖鞋、脸盆等公共用品用具分别进行检测。结果实施查对制度后,各类公共用品用具抽检合格率均明显提高,其中茶具、毛巾和拖鞋两次检测合格率的差异均有统计学意义(χ2=10.550,P<0.05;χ2=8.895,P<0.05;χ2=4.457,P<0.05)。结论应在基层旅店业消毒工作中大力推广查对制度,使从业人员消毒操作技术更加规范化,以保证公共用品用具的消毒效果,从而确保提高全区旅店业卫生水平。 Objective To explore the application of checking system disinfection effect in the public utility appliances in the hotel industry. Methods A total of 85 hotels of different grades within the Fengrun district of Tangshan City were selected. Before and after the implementation of the checking system, public utilities such as tea sets, towels, bedding, slippers and washbasins were tested respectively. Results After checking the system, the passing rate of all kinds of articles for public articles and utensils was significantly improved. The differences in the passing rates of tea sets, towels and slippers were statistically significant (χ2 = 10.550, P <0.05; χ2 = 8.895, P <0.05; χ2 = 4.457, P <0.05). Conclusions Should be in the grassroots hotel disinfection work vigorously promote the check system, so that practitioners disinfection operation more standardized technology to ensure the disinfection of public supplies appliances, so as to ensure that the health industry to improve the hotel industry.
