目的探讨应用新型吉妮环固定式宫内节育器的临床效果及并发症情况。方法选取就诊于我院的宫颈口松弛者共68人,随机分为吉妮环组合母体乐组,安放后1个月、3个月、6个月进行随访观察。结果两组放置成功率和带环受孕率差别无显著性(P>0.05);在脱落率、出血率和腰酸疼痛发生率上,吉妮环组与母体乐组比较,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论吉妮环机械性压迫小,不易移位,且对出血及腰酸疼痛等副反应均有明显改善,值得临床进一步推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and complications of the new Genie ring IUD. Methods A total of 68 cervical relaxation patients treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into gei ring combined maternal music group. The patients were followed up for 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after placement. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the success rate of placement and the rate of banding ring pregnancy (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between the geny ring group and maternal music group in the rate of exfoliation rate, bleeding rate and backache pain (P <0.05). Conclusions Ji Nihuan ring has a small mechanical compression and is not easy to shift. It has obvious improvement on the side effects such as bleeding and backache pain, which deserves to be further popularized and applied clinically.
