长沙市建筑工程公司二工区在学习TQ-45塔吊的基础上,自行设计了一种Y型自行装置代替液压自升机构,经使用效果很好,值得介绍。简单原理:外塔扳起,撑架滑升,推动臂架,伸出内塔。其构造是,由三角起扳架和撑架两个部份组成。三角起扳架是支立在回转平台上的两个平面三角架,横向用拉杆连接。撑架是由两个平面Y型架横向连接,其根部与三角架用轴铰接,顶部Y型横向连成方框,围于外塔,内装有滚轮接触,以利滑升。
Based on studying the TQ-45 tower crane, the second engineering area of Changsha City Construction Engineering Company has designed a Y-type self-propelled device instead of a hydraulic self-lifting mechanism. Its structure is composed of two parts: a triangle and a support. The triangle-shaped trigger is a two-plane tripod that stands on the slewing platform and is connected with a pull rod in the transverse direction. The support frame is laterally connected by two plane Y-frames. The base of the support frame is hinged with the tripod. The top of the Y-shaped frame is connected horizontally into a box and is surrounded by an outer tower. It is equipped with a roller contact to facilitate sliding.
