用W1001履带起重机吊装单层工业厂房构件时,臂杆长度一般采用23米。仰角77°时,其最大起重量为8吨,回转半径6.5米,最大起重高度为19米(见图1)。再增大仰角,就发生吊钩、绳索与臂杆底面碰撞。如将臂杆顶部吊钩绳转向滑轮和俯仰绳转向滑轮组稍微进行改装,向前移动45毫米,吊臂仰角可增大到85°而不产生碰撞。在不改变原机稳定性能和臂杆安全受力情况下,起重高度可比原来增加两米;起重量可增加到11吨,回转半径可缩为4—4.5米,即比原来约增加37%,这一措施在某工地24米跨混凝土屋架吊装工程中已收到较好的效果。
When using a W1001 crawler crane to lift single-story industrial building components, the boom length is generally 23 meters. At an elevation of 77°, the maximum lifting capacity is 8 tons, the radius of gyration is 6.5 meters, and the maximum lifting height is 19 meters (see Figure 1). When the elevation angle is further increased, the collision of the hook and the rope with the bottom surface of the arm occurs. For example, if the boom top dip rope diverting pulley and pitching rope diverting pulley group are slightly modified and moved forward by 45 mm, the boom elevation angle can be increased to 85° without collision. Without changing the stability of the original machine and the safety of the arm, the lifting height can be increased by two meters compared to the original; the lifting weight can be increased to 11 tons, and the slewing radius can be reduced to 4 to 4.5 meters, ie an increase of approximately 37% compared with the original. This measure has received good results in the 24m-span concrete truss hoisting project on a certain site.
