传统水电厂电力运行和水库调度孤立优化的模式使得经济运行体系的整体性、协调性和精细化程度不足,对发电过程的稳定性造成了不利影响。本文阐述了智能水电厂经济运行系统的设计思路和原则,研究了基于一体化管控平台的经济运行系统体系架构,并针对运行调度耦合机制、流域经济调度控制、短期发电优化调度、精细化闸门优化调度等关键技术进行了初步分析,为后续开展针对性深入研究奠定了基础。
The traditional optimization model of electric power operation and reservoir dispatching in traditional hydropower plants makes the economic operation system lack of integrity, coordination and refinement, which adversely affects the stability of power generation. This paper describes the design ideas and principles of the economic operation system of the intelligent hydropower plant, studies the economic operation system architecture based on the integrated management and control platform, and analyzes the operational dispatch coupling mechanism, basin economic dispatch control, short-term generation optimal dispatch, fine gate optimization Scheduling and other key technologies for a preliminary analysis for the follow-up to carry out targeted and in-depth study laid the foundation.
