为研究级配铁尾矿石的动态性能,根据级配碎石设计推荐的级配范围,选择两种级配类型(连续密实型和骨架密实型)进行了铁尾矿石的级配组成设计,并采用动三轴试验得到其动态回弹模量.试验结果表明,与级配碎石相同,级配铁尾矿石的动态回弹模量与应力状态呈非线性关系,可采用模型表征.由级配尾矿石所在结构层的受力状态,并应用该模型确定的动态模量值表明,骨架密实型优于连续密实型,但两者的动态回弹模量值均能够满足设计使用要求.
In order to study the dynamic performance of iron ore tailings grade, the grading composition of iron tail ore was selected according to the gradation range recommended by the grading crushed stone design, and two kinds of gradation types (continuous dense type and skeleton compact type) The dynamic resilience modulus is obtained by dynamic triaxial test.The results show that the dynamic resilience modulus of grade iron ore tailings is nonlinear with the stress state and can be characterized by the model, With the stress state of the structural layer where the tailing ore is located, the dynamic modulus values determined by the model show that the skeleton compactness is better than the continuous denseness, but the dynamic resilience modulus values of both can meet the design requirements.
