本文根据小功率柴油机的特点,提出了对小功率柴油机可靠性、耐久性的一种试探模底方法:在无人管理、按90%标定功率、日夜连续运转的条件下做全寿命试验(这次试验5000小时),这样能较真实地暴露出柴油机在长期使用过程中可靠性、耐久性的一些问题。本文介绍了这次试验的具体做法与收获。作者通过自己的实践,认为对己经通过样机鉴定,刚开始投入批量生产的柴油机来说,这是一种在样机耐久试验基础上更进一步检验产品可靠性、耐久性的模底试验。试验中暴露出的问题可为进一步改进提高产品可靠性、耐久性提供依据。
