随着我国改革开放和经济建设的发展,民主法制建设如雨后春笋,生机勃勃。法制报道以自己独有的色彩,在千姿百态的报苑中争芳斗妍。法制报道有什么特点?有什么规律可循? 法制报道同其他报道有其共同性,例如,真实性的原则,宣传党的路线、方针和政策的任务,为人民服务、为社会主义服务的思想,正面宣传为主的方针,等等。但也存在着自己的特殊性,以其鲜明的个性取悦于广大读者。法制报道姓“法”,民主法制建设通过新闻手段加以传播,这就是法制报道质的规定。我们既要摸清法制的特点,又要摸清新闻的特点,而且,还要把这两方面的特点很好地结合起来。只有弄清法制报道的特殊性,才能更好地体现普遍性的原则。具体一点讲,要注意处理好五个方面的关系。
