韩安(1883~1961),林学家,中国近现代林业事业的奠基人之一,中国出国留学生中第一个林学硕士学位的获得者,中国最早的一位林学家出身的政府官员。1912年回国后,韩安历任吉林省林业局和东三省林务局主任、京汉铁路局造林事务所所长等职;1922年任国立北京农业专门学校教授兼林学科教务主任。次年,他接替梁希,兼任国立北京农业大学森林系主任。
Han An (1883-1961), forestry expert, one of the founders of forestry in modern China, the first master’s degree in forestry from China, and one of the first forest-origin government officials in China. After returning to China in 1912, Han has served successively as Jilin Provincial Forestry Bureau, Director of the Northeast Forestry Bureau and Director of the Afforestation Office of the Beijing-Hankou Railway Bureau. In 1922, he served as professor and director of the Lin discipline of National Beijing Agricultural College. The following year, he succeeded Liang Xi, served as director of the National Beijing Agricultural University forest department.
