研究了用机载红外扫描辐射计来探测初发林火的可能性。用红外成象术来探测火情是一种新方法,它比从护林机上用肉眼观察要有效和可靠得多。这种方法有可能探测初期明显燃烧或潜在燃烧的火情。对于探测面积极小(约0.3×1.0平方米和0.5×0.5平方米)的火情,已经取得了最佳侦察高度的具体数据。利用红外辐射计,有可能显示受浓烟遮蔽的大面积林火,还可能确定火场的位置、形状和着火边缘的燃烧强度以及蔓延的速度和方向。林火控制部门需要这种数据,以便对林火抑制采取有效措施。这里将对装在林火侦察机上的红外探测系统的一些性能参数作一技术介绍。
The possibility of detecting an initial forest fire with an airborne infrared scanning radiometer was studied. Using infrared imaging to detect fire is a new approach that is much more efficient and reliable than the visual inspection of forest shelters. This method makes it possible to detect the initial apparent flare or potential flare. For fires with extremely small detection areas (about 0.3 × 1.0 square meter and 0.5 × 0.5 square meter), specific data on the optimal reconnaissance height have been obtained. Using infrared radiometers, it is possible to show a large area of forest fire shadowed by smoke and it is also possible to determine the location, shape and burning intensity of the fire and the speed and direction of the spread. Forest fire control department needs such data in order to take effective measures to forest fire suppression. Here will be installed in the forest fire reconnaissance aircraft infrared detection system for some performance parameters for a technical introduction.
