研究了在微酸性溶液中,萘胺与对氨基苯乙酮的重氮盐在室温下,形成偶氮化合物的实验条件,建立了一个极其灵敏的快速测定NO_2~-的新方法。在20×10~(-10)~1.0×10~(-8)g/mL浓度范围内,峰高与NO_2~-离子浓度呈良好的线性关系。本方法用于直接测定水样中NO_2~-含量,获得满意结果。
In a slightly acidic solution, the experimental conditions for the formation of azo compounds of the diazonium salt of naphthylamine and p - aminoacetophenone at room temperature were studied. A new and sensitive method for the rapid determination of NO 2 - was established. In the concentration range of 20 × 10 -10 ~ 1.0 × 10 -8 g / mL, there was a good linear relationship between the peak height and NO 2 - ion concentration. The method is used for the direct determination of NO2 ~ - in water samples, to obtain satisfactory results.
