近年来,我国经济不断发展,城市化进程不断加快,在此大形势下,我国建筑行业拥有极大的发展机遇,但也面临的重大的挑战,更加激烈的市场竞争。建筑行业发展的关键在于增强其市场的竞争力,提高其不断盈利的能力。建筑工程经济成本控制是实现企业经济利益最优,增强企业综合管理能力的关键。基于此,本文展开对一个建筑项目从立项到完工,即整个建筑过程,建筑工程经济成本控制要点的探析,分析现今经济成本控制系统存在的不足,并提出建筑工程经济成本控制要点。
