随着越来越多强化采油工艺的实施,油管内壁损伤的情况日益恶化,严重影响油田的生产,造成了巨大的经济损失。本文考虑不同损伤类型对油管内壁损伤的影响,分析不同损伤形式的应力集中情况,并最终提出防治油管损伤的措施。研究表明:油管内壁的主要损伤类型分为沟槽、孔洞、片蚀,并根据这三种损伤类型提出了油管内壁损伤的评判方法,为工程实践提供了一定的依据。
As more and more oil recovery technologies are implemented, the damage to the inner wall of the tubing deteriorates, seriously affecting the production of oilfields and causing huge economic losses. In this paper, we consider the different types of damage on the inner wall of the tubing damage, analyze the different forms of stress concentration, and finally put forward measures to prevent tubing damage. The results show that the main damage types of the inner wall of the tubing are divided into grooves, holes and plate erodes. According to these three types of damage, the method of judging the damage of the inner wall of the tubing is proposed, which provides a basis for engineering practice.
