目的了解葱油对高脂人群血脂的影响。方法受试人群连续服用葱油软胶囊45d后,检测服用前后的血脂及安全性指标。结果样品组血清总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)值低于试食前,同时低于对照组;样品组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与试食前及对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义;样品组TC有效率、TG有效率及总有效率高于对照组;试食过程未见不良反应,各项安全性指标未见明显异常。结论葱油软胶囊具有辅助降血脂功能作用,且对机体健康无不良影响。
Objective To understand the effect of scallion oil on blood fat in high-fat people. Methods After taking scallion soft capsules for 45 days, the subjects were tested for serum lipid and safety before and after taking the test. Results The levels of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in the sample group were lower than those in the control group and the control group. There was no significant difference in serum HDL-C between the sample group and the control group ; The effective rate of TC, the effective rate of TG and the total effective rate of the sample group were higher than those of the control group; no adverse reaction was observed during the test, and no obvious abnormality was observed in the safety indexes. Conclusion Scallion soft capsule has the function of aiding blood lipid lowering and has no adverse effect on body health.
