单独使用复合树脂修复V类洞时,固位较困难且易引起牙髓症状。近年来,作者用玻璃离子粘固粉(GIC)为基底材料,用复合树脂修复牙体缺损,即夹层技术(Sandwich technique),对其临床效果进行了评价。 材料、方法和结果 1.病例选择:选择牙颈部深龋或楔状缺损共60例347颗患牙,男性33例,女性27例;均无自发痛史,患牙未穿髓,探诊及冷热刺激试验敏感,无叩痛,不松动,X线片示无根尖病变,牙髓电活力试验正常。
