1 基本情况 我院现有职工1167人,开放病床528张,日门诊量1800人次左右,以治疗肝胆疾病为特色的综合性三级甲等医院。医院设有卫生部人工细胞工程技术中心,是天津医科大学、天津职工医学院的教学医院。我院从1998年9月1日起进行内部管理机制改革,围绕以病人为中心的服务宗旨,适应医疗市场发展的需要,开展了让病人自选满
1 Basic situation Our hospital has 1167 employees, 528 open beds, and about 1,800 outpatient visits. It is a comprehensive three-tiered hospital that features liver and gallbladder disease. The hospital has an artificial cell engineering technology center of the Ministry of Health. It is a teaching hospital of Tianjin Medical University and Tianjin Medical College of Staff. Since September 1, 1998, our hospital has reformed its internal management mechanism, focusing on patient-centered service objectives and adapting to the needs of the medical market development.
