Objective: To investigate the changes of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and laminin (LN) contents in endometrial homogenate and its correlation with serum tumor marker CA125 in patients with endometriosis (EMs). Methods: Fifty patients with EMs were selected as the observation group, including 22 eutopic endometrium, 28 ectopic endomembrane and 30 non-EMs patients as the control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the expression of endometrial homogenate PDGF, LN and serum CA125 levels were observed. The changes of the three indexes and the correlation between the three indexes in two groups were observed. Results: The PDGF concentrations in the eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium in the observation group were (32.85 ± 9.37) μg / ml, (28.49 ± 7.59) μg / ml and (35.73 ± 9.62) μg / ml, respectively The levels of CA125 were (68.36 ± 16.49) U / m, (63.52 ± 15.36) U / m and (76.48 ± 16.92) U / ml respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group ), LN levels in observation group and observation group were (45.48 ± 8.38) μg / mg and (50.43 ± 7.26) μg / mg and (41.29 ± 7.47) μg / mg respectively, which were significantly lower than those in control group The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The level of PDGF in homogenate was positively correlated with serum CA125 level (r = 0.63, P <0.05), while LN level was negatively correlated with CA125 level (r = 0.56, P <0.05). Conclusion: PDGF and LN are involved in the formation and development of EMs. CA125 can be used as a diagnostic indicator of EMs.
