本研究分析和比较了4个栽培棉种和陆地棉6个品种间的种仁油分和氨基酸成分。在4个栽培棉种中,海岛棉的含油率(39.64%)最高,陆地棉的氨基酸总量(31.17%)亦最高。陆地棉的多种氨基酸含量均比海岛棉、草棉和亚洲棉高,其中增长量较多的是谷氨酸、精氨酸和亮氨酸。6个陆地棉品种的含油率、氨基酸总量和各种氨基酸成分彼此间存在明显的差异。GL—5的氨基酸总量(33.51%)较高,徐州142则有较高的赖氨酸含量(1.5%),是开展种籽品质育种的好材料。由于含油率和氨基酸含量存在极显著的负相关(r=-0.89~(?)),故应根据实际需要确定品质育种的主攻方向。
This study analyzed and compared the kernel oil content and amino acid composition among four cultivars and six cultivars. Among 4 cultivated cotton species, the island oil content was the highest (39.64%) and the total amino acid content (31.17%) was the highest in Upland cotton. There were significant differences among the six cultivars in terms of oil content, total amino acids and various amino acids.
