这篇研究报告,以实证材料为基础,以职业为基础,从经济资源、社会声望或组织资源、文化资源的三要素,加上自我认同等因素做了探讨,界定了合肥市中等收入者的年收入为8000-50000元人民币,确定了其规模,分析了合肥市老的中等收入者逐渐演化和新的中等收入者兴起的历史变迁过程及其特点。同时,通过高收入者和低收入者的对比分析,指出中等收入者的社会地位及其在构筑现代化社会阶层结构中的作用,并就如何扩大中等收入者提出了一些政策设想。
This research report, based on empirical material and based on occupation, explores the economic, social and organizational resources, three elements of cultural resources and self-identity, and defines the middle-income group in Hefei Annual income of 8000-50000 yuan, set its scale, analysis of the gradual evolution of the old middle-income earners in Hefei and the rise of new middle-income history and characteristics of the process of change. At the same time, through the comparative analysis of high-income earners and low-earners, it points out the social status of middle-income earners and their role in building a modern social stratum structure, and puts forward some policy ideas on how to expand middle-income earners.
