全年运行制冷的风冷螺杆机组,在冬季低环境温度下,很小的系统高低压差会导致制冷剂供液不足和压缩机无法可靠运行等问题。本文对于全年运行制冷的风冷螺杆机组进行分析和实验验证,提出了变频风机和定频风机混合控制策略。实验验证结果显示,采用变频风机和定频风机混合控制策略,基于不同环境温度下的变频风机初始步数控制,在全年不同环境温度下,冷凝温度控制稳定,系统波动小,能够实现风冷螺杆机组全年(环境温度大于-25℃)的可靠运行供冷。
In the whole year, the air-cooled screw unit that runs cooling system can cause problems such as insufficient liquid supply of refrigerant and unreliable operation of compressors under the low ambient temperature in winter. This paper analyzes and verifies the air-cooled screw unit running refrigeration all year round, and proposes a hybrid control strategy of variable frequency fan and fixed frequency fan. The experimental results show that the hybrid control strategy based on variable frequency fan and fixed frequency fan is based on the initial step control of inverter fan at different ambient temperatures. Under different ambient temperatures throughout the year, the condensing temperature control is stable and the system fluctuation is small. Screw units throughout the year (ambient temperature greater than -25 ℃) reliable operation of the cooling.
