Maintaining the relative balance of water and salt in the hot environment is an important measure to enhance the ability of high-temperature operation and prevent heat stroke. In 1977 and 1980, we observed the sunstroke prevention effect of salt-containing Chinese herbal tea and salt water through army field trials and laboratory animal experiments. The results are summarized as follows. experiment method
