目的对原子吸收仪测定食品考核盲样中铅含量的分析误差进行预测,了解实验室铅检测能力和质量控制能力,提高实验室检测结果的准确性和可比性。方法按水质分析中评价微量元素精密度和准确度的AQC工作程序进行。结果各种溶液测定的总标准差(St)均小于其浓度的5%(W),总平均回收率可信限(R/d=1.02)在允许范围内,质控考核结果为满意。结论用水质分析中评价微量元素精密度和准确度的AQC工作程序的质控试验是可行的,实验室分析误差可控制在容许值内。
OBJECTIVE To estimate the analytical error of lead content in blind blind samples by atomic absorption spectrometry, understand the laboratory lead detection ability and quality control ability, and improve the accuracy and comparability of laboratory test results. The method was performed according to the AQC working procedure for evaluating the precision and accuracy of trace elements in water quality analysis. Results The total standard deviations (St) of various solutions were less than 5% (W) and the total average recovery (R / d = 1.02) was within the allowable range. The results of quality control tests were satisfactory. Conclusion Quality control test of AQC working procedure for evaluating the precision and accuracy of trace elements in water quality analysis is feasible and the laboratory analysis error can be controlled within the allowable value.
