据报道,在亚致死照射剂量范围内,卡介苗和五联菌苗能较明显地提高照射小鼠的活存率。在此基础上,本文用大动物做模型验证菌苗的抗放效果,为急性放射病治疗提供措施和依据。健康狗,雌雄兼用,全身~(60)Co r线均匀照射2.65Gy,照射量率203.8R/min。卡介苗组照前30天肌肉注射活卡介苗,照后6h皮下注射死卡介苗;卡介苗加五联菌苗组照前同上组,照后肌肉注射五联菌苗;另设生理盐水对照组;卡介苗剂量为50μg/0.2ml,五联菌苗为0.1ml,盐水对照0.2ml。观察白细胞总数、体重、食欲及出血症
