目的测量单例患者全身检查致分装和注射人员受照剂量,便于计算正电子发射计算机断层扫描显像仪(PET/CT)中心防护所需数据,比较各个PET/CT中心分装和注射人员受照剂量的差别。方法单例患者检查中,分装和注射人员胸部和颈部佩戴普通热释光剂量计,双手中指佩戴指环剂量计,每次分装或注射结束后测量佩戴的剂量计。共检查50例患者。结果分装和注射人员完成单例患者检查,全身剂量、甲状腺、手部剂量分别是(5.06~7.45)×10-4、(4.26~7.55)×10-4、(35~189)×10-3mSv。结论单例患者检查所致分装和注射人员受照剂量都处于较低水平。
OBJECTIVE: To measure data required for fractional and injecting personnel for systemic examinations in a single patient to facilitate the calculation of PET / CT center protection data and to compare individual PET / CT center dispensers and injectors Differences in exposure dose. Methods Single patient examination, sub-packaging and injection personnel to wear a common chest thermometer on the chest and neck, middle finger with a finger ring wear dosimeter, each time after dispensing or injection measurements were worn dosimeter. A total of 50 patients were examined. Results The single dose patients and the injectors completed the single patient examination. The total dose, thyroid and hand doses were (5.06 ~ 7.45) × 10-4, (4.26 ~ 7.55) × 10-4, (35 ~ 189) × 10 ~ 3mSv. Conclusion Single patient patients due to inspection packing and injection doses were low.
