采用我国31个省份1990—2010年的专利数据,综合利用绝对指标和相对指标,主要分析我国创新活动的空间分布及其演变状况。数据分析表明:我国省际专利创新活动在规模和增长速度上差异很大,但各项指标历年的序次结构比较稳定;历年的省际专利创新活动呈现出明显的空间集中性和空间相关性,且它们的趋势随时间递增,两个指标历年之间的相关性较强;省际专利创新活动的收敛性不明显。文章认为各省份间持续增大的空间差异不利于区域经济协调发展,应通过省份间的技术合作来缩小这种差距。
Using the patent data of 31 provinces in China from 1990 to 2010, the comprehensive utilization of absolute index and relative index mainly analyzes the spatial distribution and its evolution of China's innovation activities. The data analysis shows that there are great differences in the scale and growth rate of the provincial patent innovation activities in our country, but the rank order of the indicators over the years is relatively stable. The innovation activities of the provincial patent over the years show obvious spatial concentration and spatial correlation , And their trend increases with time, the correlation between the two indicators over the years is strong; the convergence of provincial innovative activities of patents is not obvious. The article holds that the space difference between provinces continues to increase is not conducive to the coordinated development of regional economy, which should be narrowed through technical cooperation among provinces.
