新课程改革实行后的高中德育现状仍然不容乐观,旧的教育理念与教学方法不但影响了新课程改革的效果,更制约了高中政治课德育功能的提升。高中政治课必须确立全面育人的全新理念,分层设立德育目标,不断加强教师队伍的建设,提高学生的参与度与课程的实践性,充分利用一切可利用的德育教学资源,形成学校、家庭、社会全面联系与合作的大德育环境,全面提升高中政治课的德育功能。
