企业管理者是企业开展职工管理工作的骨干力量,是职工日常管理的组织者、实施者和指导者,是职工全面发展的指导者和引路人。近年来,随着国际国内形势的深刻变化,多元化的价值取向在深刻地影响着广大职工。精细化管理是一种应用广泛的新型管理模式,近年来,其也逐渐被深入应用到企业管理领域。笔者立足于企业管理者的实际工作,论述精细化管理在管理者工作中应用的必要性和可行性,并系统地对在管理者实际工作中精细化管理的具体路径进行了探索研究。
Enterprise managers are the backbone force for enterprises to carry out staff management, and they are the organizers, implementers and mentors of the daily management of staff and workers. They are the guides and guides for the all-round development of staff and workers. In recent years, with the profound changes in the international and domestic situations, the diversified value orientation has profoundly affected the workers and staff members. Fine management is a widely used new management model, in recent years, it has gradually been applied to the field of enterprise management. Based on the actual work of business managers, the author discusses the necessity and feasibility of using meticulous management in the work of managers and systematically studies the concrete ways of fine management in managers’ practical work.
