2015年7月31日,北京、张家口成功获得了2022年冬奥会举办权,北京由此将成为世界历史上第一个既举办夏季奥运会又举办冬季奥运会的城市。回忆奥运盛事,汉字魅力无限。以“京”字为主体的2008年奥运会徽成功地将汉字蕴含的文化气息与五环徽标有机地结合起来。尺幅之地,凝聚着中华文化气韵;笔画之间,升腾着奥运精神。北京奥运会开幕式上,汉字作为中国文化的载体,扮演了极其重要的角色:
