简介此文评价了在油芯砂中使用风动清洗过的铸造用砂的可能性。清洗的效果是与所保留的粘土、挥发物及可燃物,筛析及拉伸强度有关。大批的扫描电子显微照片图说明了对铸造用砂的风动再生效果及在使用新砂及使用再生砂的砂芯中粘结键是不同的。文章断定再生粘土砂适于重新使用在单一砂中,但不适用于油芯砂中。文章也断定无粘土的再生砂是适用于重新使用在油芯砂中。为了对试验方法进行比较,本文附加了五种与油不同的粘结剂形成的产品粘结键的例子。
INTRODUCTION This paper assesses the possibility of using wind-cleaned foundry sand in wick sand. Cleaning effect is retained with the clay, volatile matter and combustibles, screening and tensile strength. A large number of scanning electron micrographs illustrate the effect of pneumatic regeneration of foundry sands and the difference of bond bonds in sand cores using virgin sand and recycled sand. The article concludes that recycled clay sand is suitable for reuse in a single sand but not for core sand. The article also concludes that clay-free reclaimed sand is suitable for reuse in wick sand. In order to compare the test methods, this article adds five examples of product bond bonds formed by five different binders from oil.
