单胺氧化酶是一种重要的调节神经递质代谢的黄素蛋白,其抑制剂的研究对治疗抑郁症和许多神经退行性疾病具有重要的意义,建立了一种用HPLC-荧光检测器测定单胺氧化酶抑制剂的新方法。实验中使用的单胺氧化酶来源于Wistar雄性大鼠的鼠肝,以犬脲胺为底物,考查了治疗精神疾病的常用药物帕吉林及氯吉兰对单胺氧化酶的抑制效果。与其它检测方法相比,其操作简单安全,可快速检测药物对单胺氧化酶的抑制效果。
