(一)改革统计管理体制,组建医院综合统计信息中心 我院已将统计室变为独立的科室,从表面上似乎已有了改革,但实际只是单一的医疗统计,所涉及的财务统计仅是出院病人医疗费用和部分病种医疗费用两项,从整个医院管理上反映的只是一个侧面,而人员、设备、物资、经济、科研、护理等系统的统计均未纳入范围。笔者认为,根据实行医院分级管理的需要,医院有必要建立独立的综合统计信息中心,并以它为核心,形成统计网络。其他统计网,要按所规定的时间,及时、准确地把数据汇总于统计中心。它不仅要掌握业务动态,
