采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVM)共混改性硅橡胶,研究了其共混比对胶料耐油性和耐热性的影响。结果表明,随着EVM用量的增加,共混胶料的力学性能得到改善。在ASTM 1#和ASTM 3#油中浸泡后,体积变化率和硬度变化呈现下降趋势,提高了硅橡胶的耐油性能。热分析表明,随着EVM用量的增加,硫化胶的分解温度下降,耐热性有所降低。DMA数据显示,加入EVM后共混胶料的低温性能下降,损耗因子变大。
Ethylene - vinyl acetate rubber (EVM) was used to modify the silicone rubber. The effects of blending ratio on the oil resistance and heat resistance of the rubber were studied. The results show that with the increase of the amount of EVM, the mechanical properties of blends are improved. After soaking in ASTM 1 # and ASTM 3 # oils, the volume change rate and the hardness change showed a downward trend, which improved the oil resistance of the silicone rubber. Thermal analysis shows that as the amount of EVM increases, the decomposition temperature of the vulcanizate decreases, and the heat resistance decreases. The DMA data shows that the low temperature performance of the blends decreases with the addition of EVM and the loss factor becomes larger.
