根据全国第四次中药资源普查(试点)工作技术要求,基于江苏省洪泽湖区域湿地及人工水体类型,对中药资源调查提出适宜的方法与建议。从洪泽湖区域环境与湿地概况、生态及植被现状、植被分布情况等方面对洪泽湖区域湿地及人工水体类型进行分析比较,从调查方案的制定、符合湿地特点的样地与样方的设置及具有代表性的水体样地调查等方面提出探索性建议与方案,为进一步完善洪泽湖区域中药资源调查及普查技术规范的补充完善提供了参考与借鉴,为同类型生态环境与人工干预条件下形成的水体湿地中药资源调查提供方法学借鉴。
