1病例简介患者,女,29岁,因“未避孕未孕2年”就诊于吉林大学第二医院生殖中心。患者平素月经欠规律,14岁,6~7天/29~37天。双侧输卵管造影示:双侧输卵管通畅,右侧弥散欠佳。彩超示:右侧卵巢巧克力囊肿,睾酮0.88ng/ml(0.20~0.75ng/ml),BMI 25.39kg/m~2。男方畸形精子症,左侧精索静脉曲张。入院诊断:(1)女方:原发性不孕;多囊卵巢综合征;
1 Case Profile Patients, female, 29 years old, because of “not contraception and pregnancy 2 years ” visited the Reproductive Center of the Second Hospital of Jilin University. Patients usually menstruation owed regularity, 14 years old, 6 to 7 days / 29 to 37 days. Bilateral tubal angiography showed: bilateral tubal patency, poor diffusion on the right. Color ultrasonography: the right ovarian chocolate cyst, testosterone 0.88ng / ml (0.20 ~ 0.75ng / ml), BMI 25.39kg / m ~ 2. Male deformity sperm disease, left varicocele.
