用改进的唾腺多线染色体的制作方法,对中华按蚊多线染色体进行了较系统的研究,共分析统计了527个较为满意的唾腺细胞的多线染色体标本,进一步确认了X染色体短臂。对它出现的频率及在压片标本中的表现进行了统计分析,结果发现90%以上的唾腺细胞的多线染色体标本中可以见到清楚的X染色体短臂,出现频率与性别无关。在压片中,X染色体短臂可与其它几个臂有粘连,并进行了统计学处理,对出现这些情况的原因进行了初步探讨.
With the improved method of producing multi-line chromosome of salivary glands, the multi-line chromosomes of Anopheles sinensis were systematically studied. A total of 527 multi-line chromosome samples of salivary gland cells were analyzed and statistically confirmed. . The frequency of its occurrence and the performance of the specimens in the compression were statistically analyzed and found that more than 90% of multi-line chromosome specimens of salivary glands can see a clear X chromosome short arm, the frequency of occurrence has nothing to do with gender. In compression, the X chromosome short arm with several other arm adhesion and statistical analysis of the reasons for these conditions were discussed.
