航天器的姿控发动机羽流对大型太阳能电池翼产生气动力效应越来越受到工程设计部门的重视。首次提出了117N姿控发动机羽流撞击太阳能电池翼的气动力的地面测量试验方案。针对地面试验的三个技术难点,采用抽速千万升每秒的液氦深冷泵技术满足高放气量的动态真空度要求;用可调节弹簧机构克服重力对气动力测量的影响;采用测量位移的方法间接测量气动力的数值大小,采用高精度的电磁力校准装置对测量系统进行原位校准,校准过程消除了系统误差对测量精度的影响,测量精度较高。
