[目的 ] 建立一种对烟草中的香豆素进行定量分析方法 ,证明香豆素是烟草中的某种成分 ,并能通过抽烟挥发出来。 [方法 ] 通过柱层析→浓缩→薄层层析→荧光分析 ,测定了卷烟烟气中香豆素含量。 [结果 ] 该法的荧光测定最低检出限为 0 0 0 1μg/ml ,薄层最低检出量为 0 1μg ,最低样品检出限为 1μg/ml,变异系数为 3 1%~3 7%,平均回收率为 92 %。 [结论 ] 该方法分离效果好 ,灵敏度、精密度和准确度高 ,并证明卷烟烟气中含有香豆素。
[Objective] To establish a quantitative analysis method for coumarin in tobacco to prove that coumarin is a component of tobacco and that it can be volatilized through smoking. [Methods] The content of coumarin in cigarette smoke was determined by column chromatography → concentration → thin layer chromatography → fluorescence analysis. [Results] The minimum detection limit of fluorescence detection by this method was 0 0 0 1μg/ml, the minimum detectable amount in the thin layer was 0 1μg, the minimum detection limit was 1μg/ml, and the coefficient of variation was 3 1% to 3 7%. The average recovery rate was 92%. [Conclusion] This method has good separation effect, high sensitivity, precision and accuracy, and proves that cigarette smoke contains coumarin.
