From the signing of the GATT in 1947 to the World Trade Organization today, after more than 50 years of development, its members have increased from the original 23 parties to the current 135 members, and the developing countries have also started from the first 8 It has grown to more than 120 today, accounting for 80% of the WTO membership. For developing countries, through the World Trade Organization, they can put forward their requirements and suggestions; through negotiations, an agreement is reached to enable them to enjoy the corresponding rights and benefits while fulfilling their obligations and commitments. Since each member enjoys one vote in voting regardless of size, in theory, developing countries and the least developed countries can fully exercise their veto power to influence the WTO.
